Danielle Peazer – a triple threat. That’s what we like to call her. A dancer, blogger and model.
Danielle has been dancing since she was a child. We know that it is one of her biggest passions. And if you check out videos of her dancing, you can clearly see that she is very dedicated and extremely talented. We all wish we could move like her. Danielle has worked for artists like; Kylie Minogue, LMFAO, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Jessie J and a ton of others.
Another thing Danielle is known for, is her incredible sense of fashion and style. We all screamed of joy the day she announced her new fashion blog “Idle Lane”. And we must say, it is of course one of our favorite blogs.
And we’re not able to deny our envy of her going to NWFW (New York Fashion Week), TWICE! Both times attending the Badgley Mischka shows for their Spring 2014 and Fall 2014 collections. She even attended the event for Badgley Mischka’s first store opening in New York 2013.
We’re not lying when we say that Danielle can nearly pull anything off, clothing wise. Every time she attends an event, she never fails to impress. Weather it’s a playsuit or just a pair of jeans and a top. She lives up to the quote ”Less is more”. Proving that it’s actually very true.
Danielle also works a model. We’ve never seen her look more gorgeous than she does when she’s worked with the photographer ’RVDS’. The photos from her recent photo shoots are featured on her website www.daniellepeazer.com. And you can also see them on her Instagram @dcp1006.
As we mentioned earlier, Danielle started her blog http://www.idlelane.com, in 2013. It focuses mostly on fashion. But sometimes you’ll find her posting beauty stuff. And even if we loved her old OOTD ’Mirror Shots’. She recently took a step up and started to post more HQ pictures taken by a professional photographer. One of the best things about this blog is that Danielle updates it very regular and you can clearly notice her passion for it and how dedicated she is.
A few weeks ago, we got the amazing opportunity to interview non other than Danielle herself. She was very kind and politely told us that she wanted the interview to focus on her blog and fashion. And not so much on her dancing. We we’re thrilled when she replied to our questions.
She left some questions unanswered, as they focused more on her dancing. And since that’s not what she wanted and we highly respect that. We’ve decided to not feature them here on our blog.
-First, can you please introduce yourself?
Danielle: The blog Idle Lane was created in 2013 and features blog posts on fashion, beauty and general interests of mine.
-Do you think there’s a difference between” fashion ” and “style” ?
Danielle: I think fashion is what the designers create and is where a ‘trend’ starts, whereas style is very personal to each individual.
-How is it to be a dancer, blogger and model at the same time?
Danielle: I have to try and manage my time and stay on top of things as best as possible but I like being busy and having a few things going on. I am passionate about Idle Lane so am happy to put the time into it that I need to for it to be a successful blog.
-When you are out and about, do you then look at the people around you and think what they could do to improve their outfit to make it look more “chic”?
Danielle: No way! everyone dresses how they want to and I am no expert who has the right to tell someone what to wear. I have my own opinions and if a friend asks me for advice I will give it to them, but I wouldn’t ever think about how someone else I see when I’m out and about could look better.
- If you could be a fashion designer for a day, who would you be?
Danielle: I couldn’t choose just one, although I do love Stella McCartney and find her so interesting because she creates casual pieces like her collaboration with Adidas but also amazing evening wear like the outfits she created for Rihanna and Cara Delevingne at this years MET Ball in New York City.
-Do you always like to make something out of your outfit, even when you’re e.g going to the supermarket?
Danielle: I put in effort when I want to. Some days I dress down and very casual but like to dress up when I go out in the evening.
-You looked flawless as you always do but also at Wireless festival. What is your Summer fashion must have?
Danielle: Thank you. I think a summer must have of mine this year is either a pair of denim shorts or a fedora hat. And always my Ray-ban sunglasses!
We’d like to send a massive THANK YOU to Danielle. For taking some of her time to answer our questions. It really does mean a lot to us. We appreciate it.
And of course we hope all of our lovely readers enjoyed this post.
